Q: Does Posequip do deliveries?
A: Yes, Posequip will deliver free of charge for orders over R3000 to all major centres country wide. This uses economy freight rates. Delivery to smaller towns in remote areas will require a special quotation.

Q: Does Posequip supply desktop computers?
A: Yes, Posequip supply computers, which includes Back Office machines as well as Workstations, built to your specification.

Q: Does Posequip supply to the end user?
A: We do supply end users, but on a supply only basis. You will need contact your preferred IT service supplier to configure your hardware.

Q: Is Posequip BEE rated?
A: Posequip currently drives its BEE policy through the requirements as outlined by the Department of Trade and Industry BBBEE Codes. We are a Level 2 contributor.

Q: Where do I take any faulty products that are still under warranty ?
A: Faulty items that are still under warranty should be sent to Bias Consulting in Gauteng (Johannesburg) and KwaZulu Natal (Durban), and Printer Parts in Western Cape (Cape Town), together with a copy of your original invoice. Posequip also repair our own products in our Durban workshop.
